GUSTAVO PALACIOS PILO

 

Bachelor of Theater (UNL), actor, teacher, technician in Visual Arts and socio-cultural promoter in theater.  While completing his degree in Visual Arts, he began studying acting with Raúl Kreig and María Rosa Pfeiffer while taking his first steps in dramaturgy and directing. He has studied acting, in addition to the teachers mentioned, with Pepe Cibrián Campoy, Julian Knab, Marcelo Allasino, Rubén Viani  and Gustavo Zájac, among others. He has developed his training in theater directing with Carlos Falco, Rafael Bruza, Rubén Schumacher and José Luis Valenzuela.

 

On  television has worked as an actor for "Scenes from the history of a country" and "Room 13". In theater it has been directed by Marisa Oroño, Edgardo Dib, Susana Formichelli and Rubén Von Der Thusen; He has worked as assistant to the directors Rubén Viani and Eduardo Rodriguez Arguibel.

 

After several experiences crossing text theater, dance and opera, he founded, together with Juan Candioti –and with the support of professor Miriam Heredia– the company Operetas Solo Musicales to dedicate himself to the creation and continuous production of Musical Theater shows. In 2008 he received the Mask Award (Government of the City of Santa Fe) for his contribution to Musical Theater.
